Discovery Box
The Discovery Box is a one-time purchase with no subscription attached. No recurring charges.
Individual Subscription
You can pause, modify or cancel your Individual subscription at any time from your account settings before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and any order already shipped or in process will not be refunded.
If you have multiple size subscriptions active, each one can be paused, modified or cancelled independently without affecting your other subscriptions.
Bundle Subscription
You can pause, modify or cancel your Bundle subscription at any time from your account settings before your next billing date. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again after cancellation, and any order already shipped or in process will not be refunded.
One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases are single transactions with no subscription attached. No recurring charges.
How to Cancel
Log into your account and navigate to your active subscriptions, or contact us at hello@supplyaccess.co with your order number and we will process the cancellation on your behalf.
No Contracts. No Commitments.
There are no long-term contracts or minimum commitment periods on any Supply Access subscription. You may cancel at any time for any reason.
